“I am love and mercy itself; there is no misery that could measure up to My mercy; neither can my Mercy be exhausted by wretchedness, for My mercy increases as it is being dispensed. Most happy is the soul that puts its trust in My mercy, for I Myself am concerned for its wellbeing.” (Diary 1273)
“Oh, if only sinners knew My mercy, they would not be perishing in such large numbers. Tell sinful souls not to be afraid to come to Me, tell them of My great mercy.” (Diary 1396)
“My Heart is overflowing with great mercy for souls, especially for poor sinners. If only they could understand that I am the best of Fathers for them; that for them blood and water flowed out of My Heart, as from a spring full of mercy; for them I abide in the tabernacle as the King of mercy; I want to grant graces to souls, but they do not want to accept them. You at least, come to Me as often as you can and take those graces which they do not want, thereby you comfort My Heart. O, how great is the indifference of souls to all the goodness, all the proofs of My love. All that My Heart is receiving from souls living in the world is ingratitude and forgetfulness; they have time for everything else but not to come to Me for graces.” (Diary 367)
“+ ‘Mankind shall not find peace and contentment until it turns with trust unto My mercy.’
+ ‘O, how much I am hurt by the disbelief of souls. Such a soul admits that I am holy and just, but does not believe that I am mercy; it does not fully trust in My goodness. Even the evil spirits praise My justice, but they do not believe in My goodness.’
‘My heart rejoices in My title of mercy. Tell the world that mercy is God’s greatest attribute. All the works of My hands are crowned by mercy.’” (Diary 300-301)
The Hour of Mercy
“At three o’clock, beg for My mercy, especially for sinners, and immerse yourself, even for a short moment, in [contemplation on] My Passion, particularly when I was left forsaken at the moment of death. That is the hour of great mercy for the whole world. I shall allow you to enter into the depths of My mortal sorrow. At this hour, I shall not refuse anything that a soul may ask of Me, for the sake of My Passion…” (Diary 1320)
Spreading the veneration of the mercy of God
“During one Adoration, Jesus made the following promise, ‘As for those souls who seek recourse in My mercy, and as for those souls who praise and proclaim to others My great mercy – at the hour of death I shall deal with them in accordance with My infinite mercy.’” (Diary 379)
The works of mercy
“I am giving you three ways of performing mercy to your neighbours: first, by deed; second, by word; and third, by prayer; these three levels cover the full scope of mercy, and it is unshakeable [sic] evidence that a soul loves Me. This is how the soul praises and honours My mercy.” (Diary 742)
“My daughter, I need a sacrifice full of love, for that is the only thing that counts with Me. Great is the debt that the world owes Me, and it can be paid back only by pure souls offering up deeds of mercy in spirit.” (Diary 1316)
“I know, daughter, that you understand and are doing all you can, but write it down for the many souls who are often worried that they don’t have any material things with which to carry out mercy. Yet spiritual mercy carries far more merit, and you need neither permission nor a granary to practise it; it’s available to every soul. If a soul does not accomplish any kind of mercy at all, it will not receive My mercy on the day of judgement [sic]; and if only souls knew how to lay up their treasures in Heaven, they would not be judged, having forestalled My judgement [sic] with mercy.” (Diary 1317)
Prayer for the conversion of sinners
“‘I want you to acquire a fuller knowledge of My love, the love with which My Heart is aflame for souls, and you will understand this when you meditate on My Passion. Invoke My mercy for sinners, I desire their salvation. Whenever you say this prayer with faith and a contrite heart for a sinner, I shall grant him the grace of conversion. Here is the little prayer:’
‘O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fount of Mercy for us, I trust in You.’” (Diary 186-187)
“The loss of every soul fills Me with mortal sadness. You always bring Me comfort whenever you pray for sinners. The prayers I find most pleasing are prayers for the conversion of sinful souls; know, O My daughter, that such prayers are always heard.” (Diary 1397)
“+ During Mass, I saw the Lord Jesus nailed to the cross and in terrible agony. His Heart gave a quiet groan, and after a while He said, ‘I thirst, I thirst to save souls; O My daughter, help Me save souls. Unite your suffering with My Passion and offer it up to the Heavenly Father for sinners.’” (Diary 1032)
Sin, repentance, confession, mercy
“Daughter, when you come to Holy Confession, to that fount of My mercy, the blood and water that came out from My Heart always flow down on your soul and ennoble it. Every time you come to Confession, immerse yourself completely in My mercy with great trust, so that I may pour down an abundance of My graces into your soul. You should know that whenever you come to Confession, I Myself am waiting for you in the confessional; I am only hiding behind the priest, but I Myself am working in your soul. Here the soul’s wretchedness meets with the God of mercy. Tell souls that from this fount of mercy they draw graces only by the vessel of trustfulness. If their trustfulness is great, then My mercy shall be boundless. My graces stream down on souls that are humble. The proud are always wretched and impoverished, for My grace turns away from them, towards the souls that are humble.” (Diary 1602)
“Tell My priests that hardened sinners will experience contrition and repent at their words when they preach on My infinite mercy, on the compassion I have in My heart for sinners. I shall endow those priests who preach and glorify My mercy with a singular power, I shall invest their words with special authority, and I shall move the hearts of those to whom they preach.” (Diary 1521)
“Write this down: I am thrice holy, and I abhor the slightest sin. I cannot love a soul defiled by sin, but if it repents, there is no bound to My generosity to it. My mercy envelops and justifies it. With My mercy, I am pursuing sinners along all of their roads, and My Heart rejoices when they return to Me. I forget the bitterness with which they filled My Heart, and am glad they have returned. Tell sinners that none of them shall escape My hand. If they flee from My merciful Heart, they will fall into My just hands. Tell sinners that I am always waiting for them; I am listening to their heartbeat, when their heart will beat for Me. Write down that I speak to them through the pangs of their conscience, through their failures and suffering, through tempest and thunder, I speak through the voice of the Church, and if they waste all My graces, I start to get angry with them, leaving them to their own devices and giving them what they want.” (Diary 1728)
“+ Jesus [said], ‘Mercy for souls flows from all of My wounds as from a spring, but the wound in My heart is the source of unfathomed mercy; all manner of graces for souls come from that spring. I am burning with the flames of mercy; I want to pour them out onto human souls. Tell the whole world of My mercy.’” (Diary 1190)
The picture of the Merciful Jesus
The picture of the Merciful Jesus
“+ In the evening when I was in my cell, I saw Jesus clothed in a white robe. One of His hands was raised in a gesture of blessing, and with the other He was touching the robe on His chest. There were two big rays, one red and the other pale, emerging from a fold in the robe on His chest. I fixed my gaze on the Lord in silence, my soul was overawed but also full of joy. After a while Jesus said to me, ‘Make Me a picture of this image in the form that you see, with the inscription Jesus, I trust in You. I want this picture venerated first in your chapel, and in the whole world.’
‘I promise that the soul that venerates this picture shall not perish. I also promise it victory over its enemies, already here on Earth, and especially in the hour of death. I Myself shall protect it as My glory.’” (Diary 47-48)
The Feast of Mercy
“‘I want the first Sunday after Easter to be the Feast of Mercy.’
+ ‘Ask my faithful servant on that day to tell the whole world of My great mercy, that whoever shall come to the Fount of Life on that day shall be granted full remission of sins and punishment.’” (Diary 299-300)
“My Daughter, tell the whole world of My unfathomable mercy. I want the Feast of Mercy to be a refuge and sanctuary for all souls, and especially for poor sinners. On that day the depths of My mercy are open; I pour out a whole sea of graces on souls that approach the fount of My mercy. Any soul that makes its Confession and receives Holy Communion will have its sins and its punishment completely remitted. On that day are open all the Divine floodgates through which graces flow; let no soul fear to approach Me, even if its sins be as scarlet. My mercy is so great that through all eternity no mind, neither human nor angelic, shall fathom it. Everything that exists has come forth from the depths of My mercy. Every soul in its relation with Me shall contemplate the whole of My love and mercy for all eternity. The Feast of Mercy has come from My depths, and I want it celebrated officially on the first Sunday after Easter. Mankind shall not know peace until it turns to the fount of My mercy.” (Diary 699)
Chaplet of the Divine Mercy
“This prayer is to assuage My anger. You will say it for nine days, using an ordinary five-decade rosary, in the following way: first, say one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and the Apostle’s Creed; next, on the Our Father beads you will say ‘Eternal Father, I offer You the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world;’ and on the Hail Mary beads you will say these words, ‘For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.’ At the end, you will say these words three times, ‘Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.”’ (Diary 476)
“All the time keep saying the Chaplet I have taught you. Whoever says it shall be granted great mercy at the hour of death. Priests shall give it to sinners as a last resort; anyone who says the chaplet just once, even should he be the most hardened of sinners, shall receive grace from My infinite mercy. I want the whole world to learn of My mercy. I want to grant immeasurable graces to souls that trust in My mercy.” (Diary 687)
“I shall treat every soul that says this Chaplet as My glory, and I shall grant it My defence at the hour of death; also those at whose deathbed others say the Chaplet shall be granted the same indulgence. When people say the Chaplet at a dying person’s bedside, God’s anger is placated, and unfathomed mercy embraces the soul, and the depths of My mercy are moved, for the sake of My Son’s sorrowful passion.” (Diary 811)

When people say the Chaplet at a dying person’s bedside, God’s anger is placated, and unfathomed mercy embraces the soul, and the depths of My mercy are moved, for the sake of My Son’s sorrowful passion.” (Diary 811)
“Jesus told me to say the Chaplet for nine days before the Feast of Mercy. It’s to start on Good Friday. ‘Through this Novena, I shall grant all manner of graces to souls.’” (Diary 796)
Jesus in the Holy Eucharist
“When I immersed in prayer, I was transported in spirit to the chapel, and I saw Jesus in the monstrance, but instead of the monstrance, I saw the glorious face of the Lord, Who said to me, ‘What you are seeing in reality, these souls see through faith. O, how pleasing I find their great faith. You see that, although ostensibly there is no trace of life in Me, yet in reality the fullness of that life is there, contained in every Host; but if I am to work in a soul, it must have faith. O, how pleasing a strong faith is to Me.’” (Diary 1420)
The return of the Lord
“‘Write this down: Before I come as the just Judge, I shall come first as the King of mercy. Before the day of justice comes, humankind will be given this sign in the sky.’
‘All the light in the sky will be extinguished, and there will be great darkness all over the Earth. Then the sign of the cross will appear in the sky, and great light shall come down from the holes where the Saviour’s hands and feet were pierced, and shall illuminate the Earth for a time. This will happen a short time before the last day.’” (Diary 83-84)
“You shall prepare the world for My final coming.” (Diary 429)
